We are a Recruitment to Recruitment (Rec2Rec) organisation that works with entry level talent finding their first job in recruitment to experienced consultants to Directors looking for their next challenge and everything in between . We work with large global corporate's as well as start up recruitment business's in the Technology, Banking, Finance, Life Sciences, Legal, Transformation, Insurance, Digital & Marketing, Renewable energy and Supply chain, Construction and Healthcare space.
As a business we saw a gap in the market for a Rec2Rec that valued Relationships & Quality of service above everything... And that is exactly what we do.

We pride ourselves by finding talent that other companies can't. Whist we do have job add's, job boards, Linkedin we have other ways of connecting & networking with the talent that you want meaning we get lots of exclusive candidates.
Each candidate you receive from EXP Talent will have a CV & 2 minute video attached with the candidate explaining their motivations.
We keep an open line of communication with you so you know exactly where the candidate is up to with other process's and where their head is at so there are no surprises (most of the time!). Will Martin
I graduated from University with a 2:1 in 2020 before traveling the world and returning after 2yrs to start my career in sales. I set numerous records at Foxtons including No,1 for volume and value in 2021.
Like most, I also had a short stint in Crypto, becoming an "expert" in the market but I can safely say I will never be going back!
